Bike LB giving the Hook Ups!

So I was at Baskin Robbins and saw this bad boy out in front.

Intrigued I inquired about this. Long story short, every Saturday if you ride your bike to any of <THESE> businesses in Long Beach and can show proof that you rode, you pretty much get a discount or a deal.
